Your employees need help.

Here's an interesting finding. From a recent mental health survey, we discovered while only 20% shared that they have a mental health c ondition, however what's interesting is 70% of the employees felt they know of a colleague that needs help. How you can be good in interpreting stress?

Image
I can't understand when people say you can run away from stress. I'm yet to see how that happens. According to stress researchers Richard Lazarus and Susan Folkman, stress begins with your interpretation of it. The better you appraise the problem, the better you'll be able to cope with it.  Asking questions is definitely a good way to interpret what you're experiencing. The better the quality of the question, the better the quality of the answer. Here're four questions that can help you start:    You can try it now and see how it works for you.  Get Moving!
