What you can do to live longer.

  I came across an interesting article in the Time Magazine ( https://time.com/5761592/how-to-live-longer-and healthier/#:~:text=In%20a%202018%20study%2C%20an,plants%20and%20low%20in%20fats) mentioning about how scientists are able to calculate how much longer you can live with a healthy lifestyle. They laid out 5 behaviours: 1. Eating a diet that's high in plants and low in fats, 2. Exercise at a moderate to vigorous level for several hours a week, 3. Maintaining a healthy body weight, 4. Not smoking, 5. Consuming no more than one alcoholic drink a day for women and two for men.
